Who can apply: CIS & Central Asia, International students; International exchange and degree students from SCO member states (China, Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, India, Pakistan, Iran)
What it covers: Full tuition; Facilitates joint degree mobility and semester exchange for students in Regional Studies, Ecology, IT, and Energy with tuition fees waived at the host university.
Degree levels: Bachelor's, Master's
Selection: Home university academic nomination + minimum GPA 3.5/4.0.
Places per year: Regulated under annual ministerial protocols.
When to apply: March – May for autumn semester; Open in March, April, May
