Who can apply: Kyrgyz citizens, CIS & Central Asia, International students; Citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and international students
What it covers: Full tuition, Housing, Meals; UCA operates on a need-blind admissions policy: no qualified student is turned away due to financial constraints. Grants cover tuition, residential campus housing in Naryn, all meals, medical insurance, and a personal MacBook/laptop.
Degree levels: Bachelor's
Selection: UCA Admissions Test (Math & English) or SAT + conditional ORT.
Places per year: Full cohort coverage for qualifying students in Computer Science and Communications.
When to apply: November – March annually; Open in November, December, January, February, March
